The nature is in a permanent process of changing, and in a quite similar way the environment and the requirements for companies and their employees change constantly.
All growth requires a process of change. Producing more of the same, e.g. an increase in production, is not growth. This is exclusively a quantitative increase of the same.
The decision is the first step in realizing a change.
The preparation until a decision is made is not yet a change, it is just a collecting of possibilities and criteria that are necessary to take a decision.
It depends thus highly on the quality of the preparation, whether a positive or a negative decision is taken in order to introduce a possible change.
The second step is the realization or rather implementation of the change.
This also shows that qualitative preparation is necessary in order to implement this change sustainably in all areas and also to create and maintain trust among all those involved in this change process.
Concerning this context of change, I support companies in the preparation of decision-papers (for changes) and in the following implementation of these in the daily work.
During the implementation-phase I am available for taking over management-responsibility until an appropriated personal solution is found or rather get used.
